Today was a perfect day for some holiday baking!

Winnie agreed…

Nut toasting party. Pistachios, pecans, walnuts and hazelnuts were invited.

Cookies of all kinds were baked.

Chocolate Chip dough balls of perfection…

Today, chocolate was necessary.

Experimenting happened…

Almond butter was made.

Baklava Cookies were on the menu…

Homemade mocha lattes? Yes please!!

Much needed break for lunch.. Chicken salad on a croissant, potato salad, chili.

Espresso Hazelnut cookies. How did I ever live without you?

My hand is now cramped from tieing ribbons around cookies.

Dinner was majority cookies [don't judge!]  And some of this awesome Pineapple bread pudding my Aunt made
