Err, well sort of.
You see, I had plans. Plans of creating something really, insanely delicious for all of you to see.
I had to go to work. I didn’t get home until 7:30ish. Totally early enough to create deliciousness, I know.
I opened my fridge, I closed my fridge. I walked into my pantry, walked out of my pantry.
My brain was jello.
I turned on the air conditioning thinking the cold air would blow a genius idea into my brain.
No such luck.
Instead I threw together a really fast BLT with kale chips and ate pickles out of a jar.
I scarfed my dinner down and felt instantly guilty afterwards.
I failed to make something really delicious for you guys to see. Shame on me!!!
So since I was a horrible blogger and didn’t take any pictures today, I decided to share something wonderful going on in the blogosphere.
Susan is the blogger behind The Great Balancing Act. It seems she is well known and loved in the blog community. Recently, Susan was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Heavy stuff. Even heavier are the expenses of treatment for her recent diagnosis.
That’s when the lovely Janetha of Meals and Moves, decided to create fundraiser to help raise money for Susan! She contacted a bunch of bloggers, companies, etc. and got lots of donations for the fundraiser! Seriously how awesome is that?!
So here’s the deal….

Even though I am not donating any items for the auction, I’m glad to be able to contribute by spreading the word!!
Hope you guys take the time to check this out! It’s a beautiful thing what a community can do when they get together.
Don’t you think?
Alright time for bed!
I have to be at work at 5 am tomorrow! Yikes.
I’m so bummed that I can’t go to the market tomorrow and enjoy my food truck breakfast and iced coffee.
